Mersen USCC Series UltraSafe Modular Fuse holders introduce a new level of safety for Class CC 1-1/2" x 13/32" AC and DC-rated fuses up to 30 amperes. UltraSafe holders qualify as “Finger-safe” under IEC and DIN standards to an IP20 grade of protection, including fuse changing (with the flick of a finger). UltraSafe holders are available in 1, 2, 3 or 4 poles, with or without visual blown-fuse indicators in each pole. Multi-pole units can also be field assembled by ordering pin-tie handles. UltraSafe holders save up to 15% mounting space and any combination can be snapped onto 35mm DIN-rail for extra savings in panel building time. UltraSafe holders with Class CC fuses chosen for Type “2” No Damage protection give one of the safest protection packages in the industry. UltraSafe body material is tough and durable polyamide, with exceptional insulating properties.

- The USCC1I is a 1-pole, 30-Amp finger-safe fuse holder designed specifically for Class CC fuses. It provides a compact, DIN-rail mounted solution for protecting branch circuits, control transformers, and lighting loads in industrial automation and power distribution panels.
- This model features a built-in blown-fuse indicator light. When the fuse clears, an integrated LED illuminates, allowing maintenance technicians to identify the faulted circuit at a glance without opening the holder or using a multimeter. This significantly reduces troubleshooting time and improves machine uptime.
- Engineered with an IP20 finger-safe rating, the USCC1I ensures that personnel cannot accidentally touch live electrical parts during operation or maintenance. The "no-tool" fuse replacement design utilizes a pull-out drawer system, making fuse changes fast, easy, and exceptionally safe compared to traditional open-style fuse blocks.
- The single-pole design is highly space-efficient, occupying a very slim footprint on a standard 35mm DIN rail. This allows for higher component density within your enclosure, which is critical for modern, compact control cabinet designs where rail space is at a premium.
- Featuring robust box-style pressure plate terminals, the USCC1I provides a secure, vibration-resistant connection for #14 to #6 AWG copper wire. This high-torque clamping mechanism prevents wire pull-out and ensures consistent electrical conductivity, even in high-vibration industrial environments.
